Our first tour is our best seller, a luxous tour between Girona and the Costa Brava area. It includes luxury accomodation, personnalised cooking classes by a famous Chef in his kitchen, food visits, all very close to the Hotel. It combines cooking lessons with unique gastronomic experiences in some traditional restaurants of Catalonia, a few creative cuisine restaurants, and a 2 Michelin starred one. Tour 1:  Gourmet Catalonia - 5 nights
Our different cooking tours and culinary vacations:
Our second tour starts in the city of Barcelona. You will be lodged in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, from where you will discover some of the best Tapas bars of the city, visit the famous Boqueria Market, the Music Palace, the Cathedral, and some of Gaudi's buildings. Then we will head on to the Girona area. From your comfortable Hotel, surrounded by nature in a dreamy village, you will altern your cooking classes with visits of Girona, the port of Palafrugell, a wine cellar and an amazing chocolate factory.

Tour 2:  Culinary Barcelona and Girona - 5 nights
Our third tour is based on traditional Catalan cuisine. You will be lodged in a beautifully Hotel in the countryside, very close to the coast, near the famous city of Pals. Our restaurants choosen here are most of them of traditional cuisine, but we will also take you to two places where tradition is the base to do creative Catalan cuisine. You will have two cooking classes focused on traditional catalan recepies like "escalibada" (roasted peppers and aubergines, dressed with olive oil and vinegar) and other specialities. All this of course will be combined with food visits and historical site visits.

Tour 3:  Tradition and Culture - 5 nights
Our Wine tours of the Priorat wine region are open to any schedule. We propose you to visit three or four wine cellars per day, depending on how many days you would like to spend in the area. Lunches and dinners will be in selected restaurants of this area, with meals always accompanied by the greatests wines.
